6-7. Arrival, Pick Up and Departure

Airport arrival pick up for officials and athletes will be available on 5 June 2026 for the WDSF Asian DanceSport Championship Under 21 Ten Dance.

Departure airport transfer from the official hotel to the airport will be available on 8 June 2026.

Important note: arrival pick up and departure transfer are only for athletes participating in the WDSF Asian DanceSport Championship Under 21 Ten Dance.

All participants are welcome to arrive on 5 June 2026. Land transport will not be provided for arrival after 5 June 2026.

Transfers will be provided for participants staying in the official hotels. Shuttle service will be available from the hotel to the competition venue and back, in accordance with the official schedule.

Complimentary official hotel for athletes: 2 nights for athletes taking part in the WDSF Asian DanceSport Championship Under 21 Ten Dance, from 5 to 7 June 2026, for 2 couples provided by the National Federation.

16. Admission and Seating

Evening tables will be served with fruits and soft drinks.

Entrance tickets and table seating will not be available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be booked in advance and paid on the registration day.

Registration will take place on 5 June, from 10:00 to 18:00, at ABIS Hotel by Reikartz.

19. Rules

• All couples must be members of their respective WDSF member organization.
• Cup of the strongest Central Asia is open only to member countries of Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan.
• All couples must attend rehearsals and the opening ceremony as required by the Organizer.
• The Organizer shall not accept any liability, claims of injuries, damage or loss by the couples.
• No change of partner is allowed in the same event.
• All competitors must be dressed in their appropriate costumes as specified in the WDSF Dress Regulations.
• Advertising on competition dress is allowed subject to WDSF Rules.
• All competing couples must be present 20 minutes before their events. Late comers will be disqualified.
• The WADA Doping Control Rule shall apply.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change the program of events without prior notice.
• For any question or matter not expressly provided for in the Rules of the Championships, the Organizer shall have the power to use its own discretion.
• In the event of television coverage or production of a video recording for commercial purposes, all couples agree that the rights to any fees from such television or video recording will vest solely with the Organizer.
• No couple or association shall have any claim against the Organizer, television company or video producer at any such event.
