1.1. Participants must be at least 18 years old to compete in the Pole Theme competition. Participants aged 5–17 will compete in the Pole Theme Kids competition.
1.2. Upcoming Events:
1.3. All participants must sign a liability waiver and complete a health screening form to be eligible to compete.
1.4. Participants must comply with the competition rules and regulations, as well as any instructions given by organizers and their representatives.
1.5. Participants have the right to withdraw from the competition at any time for any reason; however, registration fees are non-refundable.
1.6. Judges and organizers reserve the right to disqualify any competitor who violates the competition rules at any time.
1.7. The use of narcotics, alcohol, or other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and consuming narcotic substances are forbidden in the dressing rooms and competition venue.
1.8. All judges' decisions are final.
1.9. Participants must perform according to the official competition order, which will be published before the event. Failure to perform in the assigned order or delaying stage entry for any reason will be considered a withdrawal and result in disqualification.
1.10. Application fees are non-refundable.
1.11. To ensure variety in performances, a maximum of three competitors may perform acts based on the same theme, topic, or movie. Selection will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Once three participants have registered for a specific theme, it will be marked as unavailable, and an announcement will be made on social media.
1.12. If a participant withdraws without a valid medical reason, they will be banned from competing for one year and will only be eligible to participate again after two years.
1.13. Trainers and coaches receive one free entry ticket to the event. Studios must send an official email listing their designated trainers and coaches before the event to secure free entry.
2.1. Participants must wear a neat, well-fitted costume appropriate for their size.
2.2. Costumes must not contain any advertising or promotional content.
2.3. Costumes must be suitable for the style of dance performed.
2.4. Costumes should reflect the character and theme of the chosen music composition.
2.5. Costumes must fully cover all intimate areas throughout the entire performance. Shorts must cover at least three-quarters (¾) of the buttocks.
2.6. Costumes and accessories must not contain sharp objects, such as thorns or spikes.
2.7. Specialized dance footwear, such as ballet, ballroom, and jazz shoes, is allowed. Exotic heels are not permitted.
2.8. Gloves, wristbands, and knee guards are allowed only if they align with the performance’s character and main theme. Grip-enhancing gloves made solely for pole grip assistance are not permitted.
3.1. Participants must wear a stage-appropriate hairstyle.
3.2. Head ornaments and hats are permitted.
3.3. Stage makeup is required and must complement the chosen theme.
4.1. The use of moisturizing lotions, creams, bronzers, or similar products is prohibited on the day before and during the competition.
4.2. Grip aids applied to the body for improved adhesion are permitted.
4.3. The use of open flames is strictly prohibited during performances.
4.4. The use of human props is allowed, provided they do not touch the poles.
4.5. Each performance may include a maximum of five (5) human props, as long as they don’t touch the poles.
4.6. Human props must purchase an entry ticket to the event.
4.7. Competitors may watch the show before or after their performance at no additional cost. However, human props must purchase a ticket if they wish to watch the show outside their designated performance time.
4.8. Adjusting or fixing a costume or outfit during the performance will result in a penalty.
5.1. Amateur (Beginner and Advanced): 3:00-4:00 minutes
5.2. Semi-Professional, 40+, 50+: 3:30-4:30 minutes
5.3. Professional (Women), Men, Couples and Groups: 3:30-5:30 minutes
5.4 Pole Theme Kids: Performance time limits follow the same structure as the adult divisions. The duration depends on the competitor’s level.
6.1. Early registration closes on June 1, 2025, with a discounted fee of 300 ILS. The final registration deadline is January 30, 2026. For participants registering between June 2, 2025, and January 30, 2026, the fee will be 350 ILS.

6.5. There are no content or duration restrictions for the video. Participants should submit a video that best showcases their skills.
6.6. Entry fees are non-refundable.
7.1. The stage dimensions are 9 meters wide. The distance between the poles is 3 meters.
7.2. The competition will use Pole4You stainless steel (Nirosta) poles, with a 45 mm diameter and a height of 4 meters.
7.3. From the audience’s perspective, the left pole will be static, and the right pole will be spinning.
7.4. The poles will be mounted on a steel rope construction for stability.
8.1. There are no restrictions on moves in any division or category.
8.2. Pole Theme is not a Pole Sport championship; it falls under the Pole Art category. Participants should focus on artistic and theatrical expression while incorporating acrobatic pole skills. There are no restricted moves in any division or category.
8.3. Divisions are determined by years of experience and previous competition placements.
8.4. Competitors who place in the top three (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) in a previous Pole Theme competition must move up a division.
8.5. Category changes are not allowed within two months of the competition.
8.6. Competitors who deliberately register for a lower skill level than their experience allows will be disqualified.

9.1. The judges can grant up to 10 points in bonuses based on personal impressions.
9.2. The judges' decision is final.
9.3. Penalties will be -1 point for each costume distraction, each slip, or each wiping of hands, up to a maximum of 5 points in each section. Falling out of a move will cause a 2-point penalty for each fall, with a maximum of -10 points for the performance.
9.4. In the event of a tie, the competitor with the higher score in the artistic evaluation sections will be declared the winner.
9.5. The Overall Winner Trophy will be awarded to the competitor who scores the highest number of points across all categories. If there is a tie, the competitor who scored the highest in the artistic section will receive the trophy.
9.6. The Best Performance Trophy will be awarded based on the judges' decision of the most interesting and best performance, according to their personal opinion.
9.7. The Best Technique Trophy will be awarded to the competitor with the highest score in the technique section across all categories.
10. If you are interested in buying a license to run the competition once a year, the cost will be 500 EURO.
